I would like to take my family on a two or three day family camping and fishing trip sometime this summer after school is out, preferably somewhere in eastern PA.
I'm hoping to find a nice wooded campground with a lake that would accomodate a small fishing boat. Also, to help keep the kids from getting bored, I'm looking for someplace that might have a good population of decent-sized panfish.
I know that there are a lot of State Parks that will probably work, but I am not familiar with how the fishing is at many of them during the summer months.
Any suggestions?
