no fish in ri report
« on: Jun 03, 2010, 05:10 PM »
went out with a friend on narragansett bay for a pleasure cruise because the fish were not cooperating. seen some monster fish on the fish finder but they had lockjaw. another observation was the water was very dirty. lure dissappeared not even a foot below the surface. covered the area between providence to greenwich bay. even tried for fluke. there were alot of boats by the hurricane barrier but they were all gone by the time we got there. trolled the 9ers rig, squid rigs, tube and worm. arggg. still trying to get my 1st keeper.

Ya tag along Mark, it'll be a good time. If the cats don't co-operate there are plenty of eels to keep us occupied. I really want a nice sized white cat though. Here is my biggest so far . . .

(excuse the crappy photo)
Where you wanna meet up? Carpool?
