Title: So if I were to go trout-fishing in the Great State of Ohio. . .
Post by: bogtrotter on Aug 02, 2020, 09:38 AM
where (as in body of water and town) would you recommend I go?

Bonus point question:  What kind of trout (e.g., brookie, brown, rainbow, laker) could I reasonably expect to catch fishing there?

Any info greatly appreciated.

Tight lines and all that!

Other than eastern Lake Erie and some tribs that host steelhead runs I found this:

Thanks, Taxid and Fishogger!

Certainly useful info.

It's ironic that (if, as I believe, neither of you are from Ohio) the only replies to my query came from a couple of out-of-Staters.

I could be wrong but don't believe there are many buckeyes here.
