My smoker doesn't come home in the winter.
Cleaned up and packed away at the lake in my shed for next year.
So I just braised some dry rubbed ribs on the gas Webber out in the garage.
I have a gas line out there so I can use it all year and run the house furnace I have out there for playtime.
Anyway, then I tossed them into the slow cooker for the day with a small amount of Sweet Baby Ray's.
Not enough to make them soupy, just enough to help the slow cooking process a little bit.
Broccoli tots along with some home made pierogi with some green beans as the sides.
Was going to open a can of Bush beans but there will be plenty of food.
There is enough here for 3-4 meals for her and I.
Now to get out and hang those xmas lights while it's not snowing.
