« on: Mar 31, 2007, 07:02 PM »
water temp 64 air a brisk 47 at 3:30 am-when i left the house-

ran 13 miles in the pitch dark. was slaying the crappie before dawn. went bass fishing in the back of swearing creek.
caught this guy..

after coming up bass less i ran 6 miles to my lil spot in crane creek..
was chunkin a carolina rig -BORING!!-when i hung this fat chick.

after hitting several differant spots and nothing i went to a main lake point. where the stripers had the shad hemed in and was pounding them..i hooked one striper but he jumped ans spit the dt 6 back at me.
i then went shallow looking for bass casting deep.. when i caught my best bass of the day he was a real biggin.. ::)

thought it was a dam leaf.thats a 6" lizard btw..

Dang Zook, when am I gonna get the crappie call? I have been fishing some docks on Norman, not much luck. I have caught some decent Larry's on live minnows.

It was a good one, had to go over 3#'s. It was a tad over 18".
