That Halibut looks sooooooooo goood!  It all looks good! Rosemary and olive oil eh? How does that work? So you just substitute the oil for the water or add it along with?  Looks like it rose perfectly.

Weather turned really nasty yesterday afternoon so i pan fried some breaded chichen cutlets and made sandwiches with lettuce, tomato and mayo, simple but one of our favorites.

Gotta deliver some of My Bride's peanut butter cookies to a few friends at Lowes who are still working.  Need to get a  pin for the new trailer hitch I installed on my car yesterday. The boat is getting closer to the water every day.

Bob she said she just added 2 table spoons of olive oil and a big tablespoon of rosemary to the mix.  It was good and so was the Halibut... ;)

And back to the pasta gravy (sauce) nothing better than grilled chicken breasts and or grilled steak  in it.    8)

Ed the chicken parm looks great..

Thanks Dom. I made one with garlic the other day...not near enough garlic...or so My Bride said.

But it seems to be gone so, I can give it another try.

Ham, baked taters and the last of my trough planter spinach tonight. Hope the asparagus survives the next week.

Slab pigger steak rubbed with my rib rub, smoked over apple wood and then slathered in Baby Rays Hickory. Made some ham/cheddar mac salad, grabbed some tater salad, and fresh green tops...*urp* And I forgot the new radishes in the fridge.  >:(

A steak for the grill
Donna and I will split it
Also some baby Bella shrooms sautéed in olive oil with onions.
Gotta figure out another side.
Carbs are out.
Maybe a can of spinach.
It was good enough for Popeye.
😎
