Opted for chicken noodle today.

I won't run out of TP, food, beer or bourbon any time soon. People who panic have failed to prepare.

If you lend someone $20 and never see that person again, it was probably worth it.

Brave souls...eating in an Asian restaurant.

Italian sausage patties on the Weber today. Picked up a couple nice ribeyes for my Borthday tomorrow and a small point cut corned beef for Tuesday.

Anyone done corned beef on the charcoal grill? I was thinking of doing it in parchment paper with carrots, onions, celery and potatoes.

I do corned beef on the grill all the time Bob.  But boil it to tenderize it first unless you have a smoker that can do it low and long.
I boil it about 4hrs and then finish it on the grill with a favorite barbecue sauce.
Or a home made honey mustard paste.
Toss in some wood chips to add a little smokiness too if you want.
Awesome

My wonderful Bride made me "Nutter Butter" cookies for my birthday. They look spectacular and I'm anxiously waiting to dunk one in a glass of bourbon.

Ribeye is ready

Taters and onions in parchment paper are on the grill.

Not a bad birthday meal.
