Well it was a very different Easter, sure did miss the family. Lisa and I made the most of it. Spent the day cooking and watching the dog show. Enjoyed a couple mimosas, a wicked good bloody mary, then sat together for an amazing suppah for 2.... with way too much food....
French onion Mashed, lisa agreed with all of you and we decided Scalloped could wait. A nice spiral ham, asparagus, lobster tails, and Bob's bread. It came out amazing I'm struggling not to eat it all at once! Lisa made us an Almond Cranberry pound cake for dessert. Look out couch here I come.

Great way to make the best of the worst of times.

I'd like to thank  you all for helping to ease the stress of a difficult time. Your camaraderie is very much appreciated.

I can only hope that sometime soon we can all get together and enjoy a feast of epic proportions.

Can you imagine that?
