Getting ready  for a loaded nacho platter in a while.

When my Daughter lived in Vegas, my Son in law used to have me send him Zwiegles White hots. There was a deli on Buffalo Road that would pack and ship them. There was no such thing as a white hot or a natural casing hot in Vegas.

We kind of dove right in before I remembered to take the picture..


Yummy! Could have used  more salsa. I think next time I'm going to make the toppings as a  bowl dip instead of putting them right on the nachos.

Kinda had venison shishkabobs last night.
 My bride likes venison but not touching the vegetables.. Go figure... 8)
