Very tasty Fred. And a really fun cook. Took 2 1/2 glasses of wine to prepare....and some for the sauce.

If you lend someone $20 and never see that person again, it was probably worth it.

So I'm sitting here thinking about dinner today, decide on Pizza. So I head out for some ingredients qnd send Lisa our code for Pizza night goes like this, ZAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHH.

She sends me back " K order it and I'll pick it up on my way home"

I send her this pic.

Oh it's a pizza throw down kinda night!

Mines the garlic with tomato, broccoli, fresh mozz, and ricotta.

Lisa went with chicken taco with peppers, onions, and fajita marinated chicken.

Quarantine fun

Bob, very similar to how I do mine, and you are 100 percent correct with the pasta water. Ever tried it with fresh Cherrystones? The trick is to pull them as soon as they pop, get em outta the shell and chop them cold. Add them just before the pasta and they wont get too tough.

Fred, you poor guy. How do you ever manage to fish with food like that at home  :whistling: :w00t: :w00t: :thumbup_smilie:

Yup! Every time we have a clam bake.

Pizzas look great! Throwing a half rack of ribs on the grill later.

Gotta go fill the worrm box after I have a cup of coffee.

Thanks guys they were pretty good and lisa and I had fun. I gotta get into making my own dough and a nice stone for the oven tho. Store bought dough and pan cooked pizza is good. But I'm super partial to the thin crust and crunch you can only get from a good hot stone....

My eyes are open for a good stone as well. I had one but blew it up trying to cook a pizza on the Weber.

Tonight it was a half rack on the Weber.

1 1/2 hrs rubbed and wrapped in foil at about 275, then another hour at 325 or so with lots of good sauce.

I made use of my Amazin Smoke Tube for the cook with cherry pellets. Gave it a nice light smoke flavor.

Our backyard bunny was keeping an eye on me while i cooked.

Those pics are from about 6'feet away. He/she visits us quite often and will just munch some seeds from under the bird feeders while we're sitting and having an afternoon cocktail.

Pretty tame for a wild rabbit.
