Looks great Ed.  RG thinks I have an advantage in gardening but you have the advantage when it comes to cooking...   ;)

got my lobster tails in fridge and rib roast almost thawed and bringing it to room temp before cooking

Making eggs and slab bacon with toast for breakfast. Then my son and I are baking our first cake ever for my bride!! I can’t find the cake pan anywhere which I know we have because I’ve used it for other uses...this should make for a good laugh later for you guys....haven’t settled on dinner yet....

Well......I think the cake boss’s job is safe and I probably won’t be on the ultimate baking challenge anytime soon, BUT the wife absolutely loved it!!! So I guess that is all that matters!!
I think I’ll stick to main dishes and apps in the future!!
