Lazy country style ribs on the menu today. They’ve been sitting in brine since 0800. Will cook them slow and low, not sure if it be in the gas grill or Weber Kettle.Also talked myself into a noodle salad side, with chunks of pepperoni, pepper jack cheese and cherry tomatoes.Have some corn on the cob to cook up for a veggie.Stay tuned...
