Looks awesome Ed..
Last nights chuck roast with carrots,  potatoes,  Bobs bread made into dinner rolls and and some sort of whipped  cream jello dessert....

That looks great Bro!

Lazy country style ribs on the menu today. They’ve been sitting in brine since 0800. Will cook them slow and low, not sure if it be in the gas grill or Weber Kettle.

Also talked myself into a noodle salad side, with chunks of pepperoni, pepper jack cheese and cherry tomatoes.

Have some corn on the cob to cook up for a veggie.

Stay tuned...

Got a chicken breast and sauce out of the freezer. Pondering some kind of cutlets and pasta.

Homemade BBQ sauce on top. They turned out great, although went so fast I don’t have an official plate photo

My Bride requested Zwiegles on the Weber and French fries.

I don't make home made fries very often, but they really hit the spot. She even cooked the dogs on the grill while I made the fries. First time ever...in 8 years.....that she's cooked anything on the Weber.
