Stir fried some fresh shrimp into a bag of stir fry veggies with some fresh garlic and a can of chopped tomatoes.
Then tossed in some of those carb free linguini noodles.

Boneless pork chops with dry rub on the glass grill with corn on the cob.

We had a nice lilac blossom too, first one with a bush we planted 8-10 years ago. Wife cut them off and brought them in the house Saturday. Don’t have a long shelf life visually but the aroma is still very nice

On another note, left over corn on the cob and salt potatoes with grilled onions go great in foil with butter and lousiana hot sauce😉

Grilling a couple chicken .....breasts....(socially correct description)...fresh picked asparagus in PARCHMENT PAPER with a bit of butter, salt, pepper and almonds.

Chicken salad sandwiches tomorrow.

And....paper is a renewable resource. If ey could figure out a way to package beer in some sort of paper......I'd buy it.

Worked in humidity again today , didn't want a hot meal so capacola,ham, turkey cheese topped with lettuce and mustard and dill pickle with dill pickle chips nice break from cooking

I'll tell ya the Sara Lee Artisan breads and rolls are awesome ,I like making my own bread ,but it's very good

Sara Lee is very good stuff..
Having Venison steaks, salt potatoes and Broccoli... just finished up installing a new over range microwave....I hope I never have to do that ever again....I may tell the story tomorrow if some of the stress wears off...
