Some sort of Ratfish or Chimaera , not certain of the exact species.
They are a deep sea primitive relative of the shark.

[Well, it has all the classic sauger characteristics. the eyes, spots on the dorsal fin thinner body than the walleye. twelve spines on fin as opposed to 14-16 for a walleye. I live close to a lake that has a very pure strain of saugers, and that looks like a classic to me.
