I went online to my town hall to try to register mine.  They had links to register vehicles but not boats.  I had to call them and they initially told me that I had to send it to Concord.  I asked why.  Its a renewal.  I always register it there.  Her tone changed and was able to look it up by the bow number and paid by card over the phone.  Stickers were put in the mail that day.

Nice.  Hope the ramps stay open.
