Who's gonna win the green jacket this Sunday? Will Lefty successfully defend or will the Iron Goose continue his major efforts after his AWESOME victory at Shinnecock last year? Could a lefthander POSSIBLY win 3 years in a row? That would be pretty amazing. Maybe Sergio? Anyway here's the link to keep up with what's happening.

I'm rooting for Phil but don't count out the young gun Luke Donald, he's playing some super golf right now. It would be great to see him win a tourney like this one.

I am cheering for tiger and phil. Tiger is in fact a great fly fisherman, he went to my friends fishing camp on kodiak and some of the guides said he was the best fisherman their.
-
Tiger is a great player but a showoff. I wonder if he jumped and did a fist pump when he cought a fish?
Jim
-
I'm pulling for whiffelson oops I mean Mickelson ;D Go Phil!
-
Tiger was fishin for his putt that he rolled into the creek....Phil is my pick, a fellow lefty and true fan of his.
-
tiger's putt on 13 was the funniest thing that I ever saw.
Jim
-
Yeah he ended up with a nice fat 4 putt after his eagle attempt....looked like he was gonna cry, bet he did!
-
I'll have to go with Weir on this one, being I'm a canuck and all.
-
TIGERS PUTT was brutal wait till the water gets off the greens, you might as well be putting on linoleum. The winner most times is a proven player, Maybe vjay or Ells?? Would like to see em.
Mike weir gotta be a friend from up north, if there was snow on the course I would agree or a caasse of johnny blue at the 18th.
-
It's over and Tiger is the winner :'(. I would have loved to see Chris win. Tiger is a great player but he got so lucky it isn't even funny.

Okay now, Chad Campbell is in the LEAD right now with 6 under and "Big Daddy" VJ is at 4 under. Lefty's right in there now at 3 under. My early 2nd round prediction is that Chad Campbell might pull this thing off. ;D
Here's a link to the leaderboard.

Stranger things have happened ;D

Im routing for Weir as well. he is still in the hunt..only 5 shots off the pace and still time to play today.

Excellent choice eh! Nothing like a local boy from good ole Sarnia! Mike Weir put that town on the "map" when he won the green jacket a couple years ago.
-
Anyone with the last name Weir gets my pick. Wonder if he knows Jack Straw? LOL ;D
-
ME, I am Tiger Woods :flex:
-
Well Mike Wier is a few shots back, but fellow Canadian Ames is in the 2 shots back group.
I like to see Freddie Couples take this. I have always liked that guy.
-
I would love to see "Boom Boom" win this. He has always been my favorite. I've always liked his laid back approach and effortless swing. When his back is healthy, he's always up there.
-
This one is gonna go right down to the wire!
I think maybe the lefty Phil might pull it off if he doesn't get dumb on Sunday. Tiger's lurking, hoping everyone will come back to him.
Don't count out Fred couples yet either.
My prediction: three way playoff. Tiger, Phil, and Fred at five under.
Winner: Phil

this is a good one guys!...jose is striking some new blood....this is gonna come down to the 18th, or better yet a playoff....anyone else got fuzzy reception on their TVs?

i grew up caddying, $$$$$$....kinda gotta get into it

I was away all weekend (fri-sun) with no tv and did that suck. I got home to see Phil put out on the 18th yesterday. It sure did sound like a good one to watch. Devil-man, usually the one's that talk about golf like you do are the one's that never tried it or else they can't hit the ball out of their own shadow when they did try it ;). Where do you fall ???

I watched most of the 3rd round coverage in the am on USA and then watched the final round wire to wire. Awesome tournament for sure. Lots of folks were in contention but Lefty came through and the best part of it all is, TIGER WOODS lost. :clapping: :thumbup_smilie: You suck Tiger. :D
-
LOL. Yeah take that Tiger. lol ;D

Where's Frank the talking headcover. ??? I miss Frank and his wisecracks. :-\

I'm with you guy's on the Tiger thing but it sure does make it interesting when he's in the hunt. Keep's everyone on the edge of their seat's just waiting for him to pull something amazing off.

I sure wished Freddy would have won :-\ Oh well...maybe next year. I really don't see his game getting worse the last year or two.

I was pulling for Freddy too but he just can't keep it together :-\ The guy just can't putt when it counts and he was missing 3 footers left and right which is his problem when he's in the hunt and the pressure's on. :'( I've seen Freddie collapse too many times on Sunday and he just doesn't have the game anymore to win one of these. Vijay was a complete dissapointment as was Reteif Goosen. Those guys should have done much better.

I have a solid dislike for Vijay and was glad to see him choke ;). Goosen's a good putter there and thought he should have done better as well

He probably just needs to PRACTICE more. :rotflol: :rotflol:

My crystal ball says Phil....and its NEVER wrong!

You guys sound like a couple of old ladies talking about their night at bingo! :P :D

Slipbob, you are probably the closest to D-man so tee one up and hit it into the setting sun and see if you can knock some sense into him. ;D

I don't know how J's aim is, but if he thinks he can hit me he's more than welcome to take the shot. :D LMAO!
