Hi,
Looking for non E10 gas in mid to southern NH. I already checked Pure-gas.org. Any other locations than what is posted there? All recommendations are truly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

I get mine at the Hampton Airfield.

Thanks Steve.

I get mine in Springvale at the Depot.

When I went snowmobiling in Northern Maine in March I was amazed at how many stations have eth free gas. Made me want to move up there!
-
Thanks swnoel.
Yes Jethro, The way life should be. ;D

I believe Haffner's in Hudson, NH carries it...
Updated: So I went to the pure website - and there seems to be some debate of the product Haffner's sells... leaded racing fuel - which I was under the impression was ethanol free... but could be wrong. Good Luck...

Plenty of places all over Vermont that sell non-Ethanol premium gas, mostly the independent stations, but not hard to find.
-
The PureGas website is just about useless has been my experience. Most of the places it lists are doing so because they eth-free sell chainsaw fuel in a sealed tin can for $12 a gallon or more. And the rest you better call first.

The one in Osippee, East Wakefield, and Springvale definitely have gas.

Hi Guys,
I wanted to pass this along.
I just happened upon a gas station selling Recreational fuel / Ethanol free gas.
Sandri Sunoco

So, can you put the non ethanol gas in your car/truck? I don’t understand the “recreational” only aspect…do they monitor the pumps?
I know the non-ethanol gas is better for small engines…

I know when I saw it in Maine I filled my truck with it. Can't imagine it's different here.
This past weekend I learned some interesting info on the ethanol deal in NH by a guy in the fuel oil business. We are mandated by the federal government to use a certain amount of ethanol per capita, regulated by county. So there is a limited amount of filling stations that are allowed to sell non-eth gas in a certain area. In areas like Rockingham county, there are a lot of people, so you'll see far less, and possibly even no filing stations with non-eth gas. But when you get to the more rural areas the per capita users goes down so now more stations are allowed to sell it.
There is a place in Newbury, just on the other side of Lake Sunapee that sells non-ethanol gas. I will find out and report back.

It's all about the Benjamin's ...
There is a very good reason airplanes don't use it.

Yes you can use it in any vehicle... it costs more and has no ethanol which is a problem for small engines using a carburetor. Fuel injected engines have no problem, so using 85 gas is ok unless the manufacturer says otherwise.

The Big Apple in Ossipee 90 octane $3.49

Broke down and bought a couple gallons of TruFuel for my Stihl 2stroke equipment.
Had a hedge trimmer that was not idling well and bogging when throttled. Bought a $15 carb (chinesium) and swapped that out but could not get the new carb adjusted.
Tried cleaning the old carb (Stihl OEM from China) and got it running again. Perhaps the TruFuel helped.?

i have never bought different gas for my mower trimmer boat.... i just use a splash of seafoam every time. have never had any problems yet. boat is a "68" 20hp omc and she starts 1 pull.
Yeah me too, until today and I’ve been using 2stroke stuff since the 60’s
Funny my weed whackers and chainsaws have all run fine on 89 octane unleaded with the Stihl oil. I also use Startron in all my fuels. Have to try some seafoam sometime.
