Weekend report

Well the grayling are in thick!!!  If anyone has not yet tussled with the mighty grayling, now's the time!  Every creek from Moose, Piledriver, Chena slough, to the Salsha river has produced some nice fish!  Fly fishing for me has produced nice results, from beadheads to big egg sucking leeches.  Still waiting for the ice to vacate Harding lake!  -barleydog ;D

We had a great weekend stopped at Birch lake and caught dozens of fish right in the pullout.  Four good sized rainbows one 18"  the others more like 15-16.  One huge, for us, char.  It was probably 3 pounds or more. And dozens of those silly salmon.  It was a beautiful weekend.
