Lake Rathbun is known for its great walleye fishing. they have a hatchery there! not quite sure where to go, but go to shallow areas, and troll with shallow divers. Or go over to rock reefs and troll deep divers there. I got this info from a guy who caught his limit of walleye trolling both shallow and deep. he brought back a BOAT load of walleye. some bigger than 20 inches! not kidding. so try that advice. not mine, just some advice i got from someone else.
