in the water...lol sorry couldnt resist. Onondaga lake has some decent bass from what i hear...Oneida lake has no bass....
and champlain has some bigguns in there.

if you fish Onondaga lake i wouldn't recommend eating the fish ...oneida is a slamming bass lake

heres a full-proof method: take a dart board, put a map of central new york over it, and throw a dart onto it. which ever lake, river, or pond you hit/are closest to, try there. you will do well
