Guess My Weight

This pig was roped on the Susquehanna River near my HQ Tunkhannock, PA. The fish was almost 40", I never weighed it. Made a lifetime supply of sour carp for catfishin' outa this sucker I did. My guess 30lbs. By the way this one hit a 1/4 oz jig w/yellow twister tail. Put up a fight worthy of an attack submarine.

Thats a beauty of a Susky Salmon! There's a formula for figuring out fish weights.Take the girth and times it by itself.Then multiply that by the length.Divide that by 800 and you have the weight. So say 25 x 25 x 40 divided by 800 =   31.5 lbs

FM What was it, a Golden Shinner?       I hit the tressle bridge today. Nothing doing, but a nice day to be out side. A little hard to get around because of all the mud.

I'm going to say around 1900 lbs. With fish, 1925 lbs.
