Hey Coach. Tried that dip last night. It was great. Thanks for passing it along.

On another note, there's a kayak fishing in front of my place right now. About half a mile out. Pretty ballsy with the temps hovering right around freezing and the water in the low 40's.

Glad you enjoyed the dip Chowdaire. That is definitely a keeper recipe.
28" fish are being caught left and right at the canal in Sylvan Beach according to the magical pages of Facebook!!!  Three 28" fish have been caught in the last 24 hrs. If your looking for a Oneida lake wall mounter better hurry up and get down there before they are all gone!!!!

Gonna try the walleye dip during the holidays Coach.
How big are the fillets (approximately)?
I might use perch, cause I got a small bag of it and it isn't enough for one meal for the two of us.
When we eat fish.............you know.
 ;D

Thanks.
Mac

I saw that fish get caught at the canal this morning, it was a slob and made the other one they had on the stringer look like a perch.  Must have been the grandmother of all the shorts I got today   :-\

I use the fillets of one decent size walleye like about a 19 incher. So i would say probably 6-8 perch fillets.

And that's about what's in that small bag.
Thanks partner.
