Never had a liking for venison burgers. Usually too lean and dry. It’s always been chops, steaks, roasts and stew meat for me.
If you lend someone $20 and never see that person again, it was probably worth it.

I like ground venison for chili, meatballs, meatloaf, stroganoff, stuffed peppers, golobki etc.
I usually make butterfly steaks out of backstraps & tenderloins. Ground & stew out of the rest.
You just can't beat a good old greasy beef hamburger on the grill. Beef grease is delicious. The fat on a ribeye is like candy.

I like burger for tacos chili ECT. As for chops I want my back straps whole and tenderloins are whole and never hit the freezer

I love it all!

I mix my ground venison with 30% pork.

We are having venison meatball subs for dinner.

If you have never made Osso Bucco look it up. It is the best stew I have ever had.

27 lbs of venison with 6lbs pork fat with a 8oz bag of seasoning I get from runnings  this is becoming my almost favorite venison meal  whether it be burgers, meat loaf, tacos or whatever. Now the tenderloins are something special and must be treated as such Nothing beats a good loin treated with respect

I often add some finely diced onion, shredded cheese of choice, a couple dashes of worsty sauce.  The onion adds moisture and flavor, the cheese adds flavor and helps form the patties.  Yum.
