Try this....
1# lean venison...
1 egg
Flatten out venison in bowl and just sprinkle enough Italian bread crumbs over meat to slightly cover.. a good pinch of salt .. pepper .. 3 good dashes of garlic.. chopped up half onion... mix together and make burgers..
NOBODY will say... this is venison!!!!

20% added beef fat by weight makes a great burger. Much leaner than the so called 80/20 mix at the store. You don't have to drain a quarter cup of melted fat when you cook it.

YUP.........smacked a nice  2 yr. old 8 point and a fat doe yesterday morning with the bow.......2 clean kills......neither deer ran more than 50 Yds and piled up.....best bow hunt of my career.........life is good my friends

  congrats  scout !   That is awsome   certainly a great day     I did that once about 10 minutes apart maybe 15 yrs ago     now your chores begin   that's a lot of butchering to do at once if you do your own
