Good weekend for little pounder his first season with gun tags in his pocket after a long bow season of him passing on year and half old bucks one being a nice 8 with double drops which we told him he had the green light but would not shoot because he told me he will be a great deer in 2 more years he was at full draw on a couple real nice mature bucks but just never real comfortable on the shots I gave him the green light on saturday to cut loose he punched two tags said he wanted to save the last one because he wants to go every weekend

Got a nice doe opening morning.  Backstraps with mushroom sauce for dinner tonight. Love my Cabela's meat grinder. Knocked out 15 lbs of burger in 15 min. Would have took me over an hour with my old hand crank grinder.

This was the arrow stuck in my nephews deer.  3 blade with one broken off..

That could have dangerous during gutting or processing . I've heard horror stories about that.
