My youngest boy (28) moved back from Texas where he has lived and cooked for 8 years just made me spicy beef borritos he made in restaurants there , unbelievable! I'm loving this !!! Lol

The mandatory sausage making sampler.

My brother and I made 72 pounds of the family sausage for the winter. The best part is the sample fry to make sure it was seasoned right. We couldn't make up our minds so we had to cook 4 batches of sample pattys.
