Great meal! Fresh loin( wife shot) fried red potatoes ( I grew ) doesn't get better...yes mustard and hot sauce mine ! We had awesome weekend!

Making chicken Braciola with a cheesy cream sauce for dinner.

Chicken Braciola tonight.
Searing the roll.









Well they’re out of order, but you get the idea. Seared in the pan ( my very special carbon steel pan) and finished in the the oven.
Side of steamed broccoli and some crazy good cheesy cream sauce.


My Bride was loving it. Win….win!

Cajun andouille sausage frittata with home made salsa.

He’s sweet most of the time. He has his moods though. It’s really interesting to get to know a little critter like him. He’s only 5 yrs  old and my Neighbor is my age. He worries about who will inherit the little guy.

Anyway, they’re both good neighbors. A couple of characters for sure.

Newest addition to my cooking arsenal.


My second fry pan from Madein. 5 ply stainless 10” pan. US steel…..Made in 🇺🇸. It’s a beautiful thing.

Haven’t seen a better piece of cookware. It’ll be in my will.
