Getting her ready. I had heard great things about Rudy’s rub. I used it the other day on those turkey breasts I smoked and it was really good. Not too salty.

French toast and homemade bacon start getting the smoker ready in a bit.

Whipped up a charcuterie for appetizer.

We grazed and grazed took a break for a couple hours and then ate a great dinner.

Made the board for our Daughter. Gave her a set of cheese tools for it as well.

Put a pot of chicken noodle on the stove this morning. Fresh bread just came out of the oven..
