Well the time is getting closer and closer, with about a month and a half before the action begins.  I am just curious as to what college teams members in here are fans of.

Well it is a good thing your little Wolverine pups aren't playing Purdue this year, we just might have put a hurting on them.   It kind of sucks that each year each Big Ten team doesn't play 2 other Big Ten teams.  This year Purdue doesn't play Ohio State or Michigan, two potential big games.  But I am glad to see you are a Big Ten fan.

Even though my son is attending the University of Pittsburgh this fall they are still my #2 team. #1 are the "CANES" from Miami U!

Maybe because they joined the Big Ten, notice once they joined the Big Ten years ago their record isn't as good.  That is why I say it is hard for a Big Ten team to go undefeated and contend for a National Championship.

Purdue Boilermakers all the way!  My dad went there and I've been to the campus a few times, not during a game though.  Last year we all had big expectations but then Kyle Orton choked and the team seemed to loose hope.  Heck, we were almost beat by Penn State (not trying to crack on the Nittany Lion fans but it's time for ol' Joe to hang up the hat).  They do have an incredible RB who is a freshman this year, homegrown in Indiana.  His name is Dray Mason and he broke all kinds of Indiana high school football records.  It doesn't appear he'll be starting this year but who knows.  He'll definitely be a threat next year.
