Wolfe Lake (near Westport) Info

My family and I are renting a cabin for a week on Wolfe Lake this September, and we are going to do a lot of fishing.   Since this is our first time on this lake, we were wondering how the fishing on the lake is.   Any info would be greatly appreciated!!!

My Grandmother used to have a place in Westport. I used to spent lots of time in the Westport area. There are SOOOOOOO many great lakes to fish in that area. She lived next door to a guide who used to take us to Wolfe lake for Walleyes. I haven't been up there in 5 or 6 years. If you get a chance, go to the Green Shingle lodge for there Sunday dinner. Great food and a great place. Looking forward to your report. I am hoping to get up there for a few days this summer.

Sorry Bigjohnny I have no idea where this lake is . There is a Wolfe lake just to the north of me but I don't think its the one your referring too . Lots of lakes in this province that carry the same name it seems .
