Fished a Hunterdon County farmpond today near my dad's house near Flemington. I fished this place as a kid for years and had a little reunion today. Fished from 2-4 and caught 6 bass. Biggest one 4.5 lbs, with none under 2.5 pounds. All caught on various size Rapalas in about 3 feet of water, and all released of course. It was neat to hit a body of water that seemed huge to me as a kid, but now at 34 it seems alot smaller. Farmponds are underappreciated I think, both as enjoyment and education as a kid, and for a little flashback as an adult. Good luck to all hitting the water this weekend.
