Aero-flex ???????
« on: Sep 19, 2010, 03:25 AM »
Gave it a few hours on Saturday. Lake is down about a foot and the spillway has nothing going over it.

Water is as clear as I have seen it in a while, 10 foot visibility, 68-69 on top.

The few fish marked were at 15-20, but I'm thinking that was due to the clear water and everything moving away from the troll boat.

Tried bait and lure's and did ZIPPO.  ;D     Be careful with boats that need a fair amount of water to launch, your going to have to back it a long way down.

I used to fish Aeroflex for years.  I stopped going when the guys at the airport kept buzzing my boat.

I don't think they stock this place as much as they used to.  I would find fish in the back of the lake but there are other places to fish that produce more fish.  It's a shame.

Jigging the lake was the most productive for me.

I still do ice fish it though.
