Fluke fishing on the beach-recommendations

Any recommendations on the best bait to use for fluke from the beach. I fish fresh water and know next to nothing about salt water fishing. Thanks.

All I throw anymore is chartreuse gulp mullet on spro jigheads
much easier than dragging bait on the beach over the summer
Any baits will work tho; squid, killies, sand eels, spearing, ect
