It was really smoky here about a week ago. A buddy suggested just hanging my meat outside to smoke. I misunderstood,  police were called.

4 rainbows from Connecticut River in New Hampshire I've brined for 2 days in water ,salt ,honey and brown sugar .... should come out goid..not much of a trout fan but if I do t like them I got people who will...
