I'll try this again!
My screen name is an actual nick-name my friends used to call me.
I don't know why...

Typo of sasquatch...

hey squatch...those letters are pretty far away on the keyboard

My dad did it 5 years ago, when he was quite keyboard illiterate when he was trying to type more letters per minute than me, we thought it was funny, so it stuck. On IS and MFF, is was intentional. ;D

I'm always being outfished - by a buddy, either of my boys, the guy in the next boat, or the one down the shore, despite using the same gear and the same bait.  Maybe my skin drips that L-serine chemical fish hate, I don't know, but that's my lament!  So I thought of calling myself Monophil's-lament, but that sounded too whiney, so I became just monophil.

You are right Mackdaddy21, it's to bad in some areas that pike have a bad rap. Like you said they are great fighters, and show no fear in attacking a lure or animal almost as long as they are. :w00t:

Mine is kind of obvious, I'm in the Marine Corps and my job is as a Flight Engineer on the KC-130 aircraft so I combined them and came up with USMC130FE.  I love what I do and enjoy all aspect's of the outdoors.  Tight Lines to ALL!!!
