I am not sure if anyone on here is a  member of RISAA (Rhode Island Saltwater Anglers Association) and I assume not, so I wanted to share this in the event you stumbled across this magazine. You can say you know that guy. Lol

Use to be Mike.  If I remember there was a group of guys from RISSA that were all about the oversand permits and driving on the beach.
