I love to cook and I love Fish, but I felt my self getting rather repetitive last year with the spices and herbs I was using. I have my go-to's the sure fire winners, but what other spices and herbs do you recommend for fish.
The first question will be..."what type of fish?"...Well I love em all, so tell me your fav fish and what herbs and spices you like to marry up with it.
here are my old standby's
1) garlic
2) Dill
3) Rosemary
4) Curry (pastes and powders)
5) Citrus zest (lemons, Limes, Blood Orange)
6) Salt & Pepper(various kinds)
7) a Cajun rub (mixed peppers, paprika and brown sugar)
