Pontoon Boats
« on: Jun 26, 2006, 06:48 PM »
Can someone who has a pontoon boat set up for fishing give me an idea of how well it works?  My idea would be to get a bass boat, but my wife wants a pontoon.

We have had a pontoon for years and they are very fun to fish off of but as Mac said if it get wind they are hard to keep in one spot but if you get a couple of big anchors and throw them off the front it holds it pretty well I have never tryed it but I bet a drift sock would slow it down quit a bit.
