This is cool!!  I see us old farts as well as youngsters comparing our  first shows!!  Mine were in the mid 1970's; general admission, crowd the gates, and squeeze in where you may!!
My list includes (from 1975 to 1980) ZZ Top, Blue Oyster Cult many times as the warm up band, Brownsville Station, Starz, Uriah Heap, Rush, Yes, and, one of the best back then, Ian Anderson. His dancing, flute playing, and  lightening bolts on the ceiling of "THE AUD" were the best!!   (Oh, to be young again.......................!!)

Uhh, I've seen a lot of small shows, but I think the best and first true concert experience had to be The Rolling Stones last fall at The Pepsi Arena. 4th row seats, it was amazing! Great show really. :P

My first was Godsmack up in Bangor, Maine, shortly before their first cd came out and they got famous...  the best I've seen so far was Staind when the song "Outside" came out...  everyone had their lighters out when he did the song alone and acoustic.....Awesome.... ;D
