ok capt called AGAIN seems to be another problem.so iu called the marine fisheries again got the right info.also confirmed with the feds to make sure.are problem is dates ,ma waters which is up to 3 miles out WILL be open april 1.FED waters which is 3 miles and out will be CLOSED.SO COD IS CLOSED.so if you guys still want to go its 75 dollars a person.capt is working with us on price.so i need to have commitments on here to get a list started.sorry for all this just trying to get some thing going to get us on the salt.so what do you guys say.i understand if you guys back out but honestly when i go i get 95%
haddock every time and maybe one cod. Wink

thats ma waters up to three miles and thats till apr 1 then there season opens and allowing you to keep 10.i did alot more research on this before i posted again lol
