merrimack river from methuen to the lowell border is full of them and the river is really a nice place to fish in that stretch, 2 cars and a canoe and float it

that sounds like a great float. i'll hit that section with u some day if u want. sounds great with the yak. so u start in methuen paddle up stream and float it back down to methuen? pm me

it's in the Station Landing shopping/apartment area of Medford.  It's right above the dam...I haven't put in there yet, because I can walk to the river from where I live, which is closer to the Lower Lake and I just put my kayak in there.  The area looks killer for large mouth too...
