Big Squam Laker
« on: Jul 16, 2011, 05:21 PM »
Fished w/ Forry on his pontoon boat today on Big Squam. Fishing was slow. 10:00 am my rigger goes off and the reel starts screaming!!!! Fish just keeps taking line out so Forry pulls all the other lines up and we chase him down. After a good 10 minutes we get him netted.....just barely fit in the net!!!

  What a fight!!!!

A few years back my fishing buddy caught some lakers in Squam with rubber bass baits in side of them... worms, lizards, etc.

We couldn't believe it.

From the looks of it  Walter's offspring are doing quite well.

real nice fish right there.

looks like the back of that boat could get a lil' busy from time to time.
