Adding a power tilt/trim to a 30 hp motor

I am tired of lifting a very heavy 30 hp motor every time I want to trailer or launch my boat. Man, that thing is heavy and I am not as young as I once was.
I did some Internet research and found an add-on component that looks like it would do a great job. Has anyone installed one of these and what is your opinion of either this particular unit or something like it.

Thanks!

I had a CMC lift on my 9.9 Mercury Bigfoot. Worked great. Highly recommend one.

Was thinking about adding one to my 2004 Starcraft SF 14 LWL with a F25 Yamaha, just wonder if the 5 1/2" setback of the motor would create extra stress on the transom?

I don't know the answer exactly, but some of the reviews I read said that the extra setback gets the prop inton "cleaner" water and will help boost holes hot and overall speed. Makes sense to me.
