i wasnt havin much luck at the traditional places so i tried a small brook and was glad i did , nothing of any size but it sure felt good probebly caught twenty fish between 8-6 inches and one about 12 he looked good and healthy with plenty of energy
         
        all were released  i had almost forgotten how pretty they are

Nice....There are very few things better than fishing a 3 foot streem and catching beautifull brookies!

i agree. these brooks around here are real good for that kind of action but since the invention of video games has seen little or no pressure. i gotta get out in the sticks and hit my old haunts. anyone wanna go around the beginning of june?

yeah look me up . little blacks been good in june from what i heard. fish rivers better if your fly fishing and i know some remote ponds that have awesome action!!

i don,t fly fish much on the brooks and ponds mostly lures and worms. i know of a few small ponds that you have to walk too. great brookies. i,ll pm you and get your phone# .

thats okay if you dont fly fish . i know some places you can troll with worms in june and get lots of fish .we''ll make some plans when the time comes.

great phil...everytime i hit a brook seems like the bugs from the whole county smell a free meal....ME...lol.............usually limit out on alders too............. ;D
