Found some Crappie

Went out Thursday after work. Got to the Res around 6:00, surface temp was only 58 with just light wind which turned dead calm as the sun set. We got on the Crappie right away, I was using small cranks and poppers, my buddy was using small spinner baits till the slime darts stole 'em all and he went to poppers too lol. Caught a bunch (probably 50-60 between us) but all quantity and no quality, biggest was only 12" and most were around 10". Hooked into a pretty big Bass but she pulled my 4# mono into the stumps and disappeared with one of my favorite Crappie lures. It's really starting to be nice at night now... not quite t-shirt weather after dark but close.

Gotta love the days when you can't keep count. Way to go
