New PB Bass

Took the kayak out today and arrive at the pond in Otis around 11. It was a brisk 60 degrees with a steady 15+mph wind and white caps through out the pond. We made a hard and wet paddle out to a spot a little out of the wind. After maybe 20 minutes of fishing I cast toward a dock and felt my line come tight. I ended up pulling in a 5lb largemouth using a jig w a crayfish trailer. It was my only fish of the day and a new personal best.

Quality L.M.Bass congrats. If your only going to catch one that is the way to do it.

I fish for those "stupid fish" BASS. Largemouth Smallmouth Stripers, and even Rock bass.
