Sweet! Interested to hear how the install goes, and how you like it when the time comes as well.

I'll give everyone some feedback on the installation and how it works. I also got the hunt mode option with it. We'll see if it's what they say it is.

Installation was a bit different than the instructions said. I had to remove the top starter assembly and parts box from the top of the engine to access the hole that needed to be tapped for the servo motor bracket. They do provide a self tapping bolt , but I decided it made more sense to just tap the hole. Also the original throttle plate  is not removed and the one provided is installed over the original. Now finding the time to try it out. This was also installed on a Honda 9.9 with remote, electric start, and power tilt.

Nice work! You’ll appreciate it when trolling this summer! Ishoot308 had something similar on his boat on Winni back a few weeks years ago when he showed me the salmon trolling ropes…only used lead core but was pretty successful in subsequent years after Dan stage me some tricks!

Appreciate the info on the install, and the pics! Looks like a sweet set up.

Any pics of the boat? I’m curious how you have it set up.

I use lead core mostly , but installed an electric cannon last year. I took it out yesterday on winni and  had 5 bites on live shiners, but couldn't get one to the boat!

They're all true! Especially if you want a fishing boat.

For those that would like to have an update on the Itroll... there's nothing like it. I battled the wind and waves on the 1st Connecticut yesterday and without it I don't think I could have fished! The only thing I probably wouldn't have ordered now is the Hunt mode. I don't use it. If you're serious about trolling and controlling your speed buy it you won't regret it.
