Heading up to St Pete with Donna to a place that says they have the last 80# Riptide Terrova in the country with a 54" shaft.
We will see.

Yea, had the freshwater version of this 24V on my Lund a few years back.
But it didn't have the lift assist, the jog puck, the newer ipilot remote, and more up to date firmware, etc.

Can't wait, but the battery won't show till after the new year.

Sea trial went well today.
A little breezy, but it was warm enough at 78 degrees.
We go to hand over money tomorrow afternoon.
Here's a few photos I shot at the dock before heading out.

Nice looking rig!

I am curious to see if there is a similar fiasco to last time with the battery shipment…

Me too.
I went with Carl again because he took care of me the last time, as he should have.
I will always patronize a company that does the right thing and stands by their product.
When FedEx lost the battery, here in the US, Carl expedited building a new battery and shipped it asap.
I have spoken to 100's of people on these batteries.
Most of them spoke very high of Carl - the reason I chose him and his company the first go-around.

I bought a used Lowrance HDS-10, GEN2 on eBay.
Arrived yesterday and I tested it by connecting it to my truck battery in the driveway.
First thing was to update the firmware in it.
There were 2 updates.
Then I went into it and reverted everything back to factory settings and then installed my Navionics chip.
Fired it up and then went thru it and set things up to the way I like it operate.
Sweet deal for only $300.
Shipping was only $10.20 via USPS

I have an 83/200hz transducer for it.
I will swap the Hook Reveal 7" out for this unit.

The Hook is newer, has chirp, and also down imaging (and maybe side - dunno), but it doesn't network into another unit(s).
I want 2 units on the console and one more up front by the fishing seats.

Anyway, if anyone here wants the Hook and its transducer send me a PM.
I'm sure I can give you a decent deal on it.
If nobody here is interested, I'll sell it on FB Marketplace or eBay.

Here is a link to the website for all the specs -

Here's some pics of the Hook -
