Lake George Million Dollar Boat Launch

Can anyone verify what time you are allowed to use the boat launch at Million Dollar Beach in Lake George?
I can't seem to get an accurate answer.  I have heard any where's between 7:00 am and 9:00 am.

Is there a locked gate to prevent entry to the launch prior to the opening hour?

Wish I knew the answer for you. I tried the lake George park commission 518/668-9347 but I got the machine.

An idea - can you try Google Earth and look at things, including signs, at street level to get your answers???

You can launch earlier.  The 7 to 9 is when the stewards are there.  Earlier than 7 no inspection.
