Title: Pearl River: Main Branch and West Branch I59 to I10 bridge areas

Does anyone have any information on what the bass are hitting on?  How about gar and catfish?  I am from New York and I have been fishing down here a little. So far I've caught 1 tiny bass, a blue gill and a channel cat.  Any tips for whatever species would be appreciated!
